Maybe it was just an off day.

I Stopped to get a video. I had seen this movie at the Video store before about a mother and son who had been separated and were trying to get back together. It was in Spanish with English subtitles. With my wife is trying to learn Spanish, I thought it would be a fun to watch.
I couldn't find it and so I waited in line to ask one of the two clerks. There was a guy, who was commenting on peoples movies and joking with them, I got the girl, really cute but really didn't want to put a whole lot of effort into figuring out what movie I was trying to put a name to.

I found the movie, it is called 'Under the same Moon'. I took it back to the same girl, she didn't say word one about me finding it. Then the total came to 2.12$ I pulled all my money out of my pocket. I had two Twenties, one five and two ones and a dime and one, only one penny. I handed her the 2.11$ and said that's all you get, I said it in a light hearted way, and she just looked at me. So I shuffled my money around and gave her the five.

The flip side of this was when I called up Cafe Rio and the girl asked for my number. I gave it to her and she said "Your name is Matt O?" I said yes, and she said "and do you want two pork salads? and I said "yes." She said "with black beans on one and pinto beans on the other. with the house dressing?" I said "exactly." she said "Great, that will be read at 6:10, will that be OK?"
