He who knows other men is discerning; he who knows himself is intelligent. He who overcomes others is strong; he who overcomes himself is mighty.

It doesn't seem fair that someone has an super human talent, for music, for sports or for art, and then because they have been blessed with this talent people throw huge amounts of money at them.

People Like Jon Schmidt. or George Winston
if you watch that would you rather have the talent he has undoubtedly improved on, or would you rather have the money? Shouldn't you only get one?e

Would you rather be able to create amazing tunes on the guitar or have the fame or especially fortune that it brings.

everyone has their Idols. these are our idols because they have amazing talents. Is it right that because they have been given this, that they should also have the freedom and luxuries that the world heaps on them. blah blah blah.

I'd rather be talented.

Can you imagine how it must feel to play piano like that?
